      Pros

      Diverse company with experts in almost every field. Great collaboration within and between teams.

      Cons

      The pay raises do not keep pace with the market, so after you have been there for a few years, you are underpaid - often making less than new hires. Poor management of the seasonal variation in workload. For example, there is no flexibility to work more non-billable hours during down-times (for training and development) even though during rush periods we logged almost 100% billable hours.
