Hybrid/Remote Work Possible Potential for large challenging projects.

Cons

Benefits are expensive and subpar in coverage. 401k match is subpar. Compensation is average but with no bonus (falling way behind competitors). High expectations relative to compensation. High workload. Layoffs immediate when work slows down even when meeting financial goals. Just an overall bad company for people who value culture and want to build a career at a place. WSP is purely a transactional place to work, l they don’t care about you and just need you for projects. Not a place you want to spend your career.
