Great place to work - great people and a genuinely fun place to work. The opportunities in terms of range of projects and the trust placed on you to work on them.

Cons

Universal acknowledgement that pay is subpar when compared to other consultancies. Quite easy to fall between the cracks sometimes. Need to consistently be pushing for work and additional opportunities, to push yourself, if you want them.
