Toxic work culture, its normalized to work when sick, weekends and late nights. Management don't have much training and don't provide support for high workloads. Culture of burnout and stress leave is normalized. Difficult to have a work life balance Below industry pay especially the longer you stay. Delayed promotions. No bonuses or incentives.
