Management does not support you. You will be forgotten in the field. You will be asked to do things for beyond your level, comfortability, and will get scape goated if it doesn't go well.

- Heavy grind culture, does not provide much time for all of the administration tasks that would develop staff more efficiently. - Lack of collaboration between different teams outside of allocated projects.
