At the same time, WSP has provided me with extensive exposure to complex, high-profile infrastructure projects, enabling me to develop my technical skills and engineering judgment. I’m also fortunate to be part of a highly collaborative team where mentorship, knowledge sharing, and leadership support are readily available, creating a positive environment for both professional and personal development.

Cons

Cons

Constant restructuring of the team while the company is acquiring other businesses in consulting services. Not enough recognition for internal promotions, and the pay is in stigma after a while.
