Intelligent, flexible, professional employees who are great to work with. The company has truly values. Lots to learn, opportunity to be involved in many different aspects and projects. Management demands quality work from everyone, so pushed to deliver exception results. Opportunity to impact the company and develop processes and procedures.

Cons

Benefits aren't great - health insurance, maternity/paternity leave. Some of the technology is dated.

Can't think of many. Lots of good processes and skilled staff. High quality printers. Windows clean and office has own cafeteria

Cons

Unfriendly environment. Leaders are cut throat. No work life balance . Long hours , low pay . No bonus .
