      Pros

      It's a professional company. People get respect from both the company and each other. And you would have chance to make contribution with you capacities and experience.

      Cons

      For technical staff, they should not be recognized only because they have some sort of centificates on hand and don't have real professional experience. And too many supporting staff in supporting departments, both in local office and headoffice.

      collaborative workplace; lots of opportunity to give back to the community; great on-boarding program; lots of opportunity to work in other parts of the country if you are willing to relocate; interesting projects

      sometimes there is a lack of communications at the middle management level; performance feedback could be more robust; more opportunity for coaching or mentoring would be great

      Depending on the location, the best feature of the company is the smart, innovative and talented colleagues who are good at their job and fun to associate with outside of work

      Cons

      extensive corporate restructuring can affect quality of work and quality of life for employees depending on which region you work for. given that it is a global company this is more true for some offices than others.
