Pros

The company takes care of you well. I'm an apprentice and they are paying for me to study at university once a week towards my degree in Civil engineering. Pensions and health care are great.

Cons

Pay is ok considering that they are paying for my degree. Would like a faster route as the process is many years. Only one apprentice joined the same time as me and the rest are a lot older.

The company size allows you the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Great people and work atmosphere. Flexible hours and schedule.

Cons

Slow development of junior level staff. Benefits are not as good as they were in the past. With new Owners, would like to know what the future will bring.

Lot's of opportunities to work with staff from other offices and countries

Cons

a lot of senior management are bullies - hired for their aggressive behaviour in the boardroom but don't have a hot clue how to manage staff.
