      Pros

      - Colleagues include industry leaders, and all are helpful and supportive of those starting their careers - Opportunities to work on both big and small projects - Currently seem to be winning more work than their competitors

      Cons

      - Currently top-heavy, so limited career progression - HR and employee development programs/networks are in disarray. Some good components, but drowning in bureaucracy. Throw it all out, start again.

      Great experience for a new hire. You get to work with top transportation professionals and learn alot about the transportation field.

      Cons

      You are respected and expect to do hard and exciting work! However it it hard to move up. Years matter more than good work. Experience is more important than intelligence or creativity.

      open environment, reasonable salary, great leader, I can learn a lot from the team and contribution will be recognized.

      the workload is sometimes high, in some months, i need to work over time to finish my project in time, and the working pressure is high
