The level of talent in the engineering department is higher than other consulting firms I have been associated with. Management has been responsive to my needs and questions. Being hired in at a mid-level, I have noticed that promotions generally come from within and are performance based.

Cons

At times I feel we are a tad understaffed. However, if overtime is necessary, we are compensated.

Cons

Overpowering upper management in the Boston office not allowing junior employees have input or to be apart of the decision making process
