Work life balance. Senior management show you how to not be at work. Come in late, leave early, always unavailable when WFH and take so much leave.

Cons

To get ahead you must play the game and be sure to learn to manage up, this is what one senior Manager told me. Hard work and loyalty don’t account for anything, you must align yourself with the right people to get ahead, promoted and receive decent pay rises. Equal pay for equal work does not apply at WSP. Managers will lie and fob you off if you are not part of the inner circle. I left as I got offered so much more else where.
