1. Remote working 2. Decent benefits *however, it becomes a norm now!*

1. Absolutely unbearable culture - toxic, back stabbing, gossipy, HEAVY politics; "nobody's" your friend there. 2. Management is just good at talking and "expecting" from you, but the reality is that they have very shallow appreciation of some of the technical topics - typical consulting. 3. Unless you're a PRO in your field, don't go there! - there's zero help from you peers, everything needs to be billable, and you won't be trained; they'll let you fail and then you'll be blamed. 4. Not many projects in the pipeline! 5. No bonuses, low pension contribution from the company.
