Payment is under average and sometimes minimums range values. People are being treated differently and given different opportunities depending where they are coming from you may be working a lot and being unexposed seeing how someone from mostly Cambridge is given all the tools to progress. They aren't as helpful as they say with the chartership at least not with everyone. The technical support from seniors isn't the best and people end up working long hours. The overtime is payed (×1) but they use it as an excuse to keep you content while working long hours for still a small salary and without a promotion or help to get it.
