Pros

Compensation. Technological advancements. Adequate vacation / sick day relief from float team.

Cons

Inadequately staffed. Insanely busy. Upper management is unresponsive to real world needs, they will simply give you the runaround. The goals they "expect" you to achieve are completely unattainable and unrealistic given these circumstances. Over the past 3 years they have added numerous tasks (flu shots, blood pressure screening, cholesterol testing, diabetes monitoring, medication therapy management)......but have actually decreased hours! How does this make sense? There's an excellent chance you won't receive lunches or even have enough time for so much as a bathroom break. The telephones are often left unanswered for long periods of time, simply because there isn't enough help to answer them. The company makes zero effort in retaining top technician talent......who usually leave after realizing they can make more money waiting tables. 3 percent 401K match is low compared to competitors, and health benefits continues to erode every year. I would not recommend working for this company. Even getting your prescriptions filled as a customer may prove challenging seeing how overwhelmed most stores currently are.

Pros

It's a good job to get you going and on your feet, but other than that, there is no reason that you should be working for these fascists bastards. If you do happen work for them, take my advice and get out AS SOON as you can.

Cons

Oh jeez, there's so much wrong with the way this company and the people within it operate, I don't even know where to begin. The managers and senior staff are incompetent, and not to mention extremely vapid, to the level that you could just punt babies off of high rise buildings all day. They also treat their employees as though they were worthless pieces of trash. Actually, I'm going to stop there because there's not enough time in my life to list all of the things that are wrong with this company.

Pros

Nothing. Quit after a week due to poor treatment from the jump and awful unliveable pay.

Cons

$13 an hour on the phones. Intensive training where you are berated for the amount of calls you make even during training. Unprofessionally berated in front of my peers. They illegally required you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your shift so you can spend that time messing with the computer to clock in. I.e, asking us to work off the clock. I missed partaking in the lawsuit that came about due to this but can guarantee they were still doing this while I was employed. They required the same thing when you were coming back from lunch. So in technicality, it was a 25 minute break versus a 30 minute breaking because 5 minutes were spent walking back so you could get back to your computer on time to reboot it and clock back in. The treatment of their employees was astounding and I'm glad I quit when I did. Could not imagine working there for how awful they treat those who make them money. Also creating the perception that they are trying to help those refill their prescriptions when in reality, it's to make sure they increase sales every month. Just an all around gross feeling I had working there, especially after having worked on corporate for so long i knew the immediate red flags when they appeared 3 days in.
