Pros

The pay is great. Most of the customers are wonderful people. Sometimes you can make a huge impact on somebody's life by helping them figure out how to feel better.

Cons

High stress, always short on hours. Employees come and go. Inconsistencies in expectations and responsibilities depending on location.

Pros

No college degree required to work Plenty of locations to relocate Plenty of overtime opportunities available due to high employee turnover

Cons

1. Poor compensation in regards to the heavy amounts of work that needs to be done. 2. Continuous budget cuts with no end in sight. 3. Inexcusably low staffing levels, especially in the pharmacy, which endanger patient safety. Higher risk of errors, accidental needlesticks, fatigue, and miscounts. 4. Unreasonable metrics and continuous rebukes from higher ups force employees to make questionable, sometimes unethical decisions to artificially inflate KPIs 5. High turnover, especially among veteran employees. 6. Dynamically inflating metrics which make meeting bonus criteria impossible. Everyone is set up for failure 7. Difficulty retaining loyal customers
