Pros

I suppose if your only options are working at walmart or being homeless and starving, then work at walmart. Other than that, avoid this hellhole.

Cons

Horrible management No one knows what they're supposed to be doing People above constantly change how they want things done (like daily) Rude management Management has no boundaries (I was grabbed by a female lead who shoved her hands in my pockets because some guys phone went missing and I had ALREADY cleared myself with security) I was working full-time and they listed me as part-time so they didnt have to offer me benefits in the first 3 months (then cut my hours when I got close to 6 months) Had an overstacked pallet fall on me and was blamed for it (it was overstacked, me and my coworker are both short and there was NO way we could have done a "team lift" also thanks for the lasting head, neck, and spine problems that I will never be able to properly treat) Creepy cult like meetings
