Pros

If you work with great people it can be engaging.

Cons

Its hard for me to want to go and give it my all there because I don't see any goals for me. Management looks promising but I enjoy working not walking around the store checking in on people to watch things get done.

Pros

Very flexible hours, decent pay, easy advancement into management, and a good introduction into retail.

Cons

Every day seems to have a new crisis that needs to be averted and much of it has to do with all the finger pointing and lack of communication among management and associates.

Pros

The co-workers are pretty easy to get along with.

Cons

Management is horrible! They only care about the customers and not the hard working employees. The morale of mostly all of the employees I worked with was extremely low due to the abuse that their leadership gave them. I would strongly advise job seekers to understand this before going to their interview or orientation. 1. Their not good with fairly scheduling hours. 2. They encourage their new hires to stay away from union reps. 3.They take so much out of your checks by making you to sign up for their memberships. 4.Management speak down to you. 5.They make you work off the clock. 6.Their super strict about the time you should be working on your daily task no matter how big the workload is or the fact that customers slow you down with their questions. 7. You can get terminated or written up for the oddest reasons; such as taking too long on your daily tasks, helping customers too long, staying 1 minute overtime, and much more! 8. They pay you close to nothing with all of the time their taking from you living your life. THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN!!!
