Pros

Flexibility and met some cool co-workers that turned into friends.

Cons

Pay and management. I also didn't like the fact that it was such a negative work environment. No one wanted to be there and so many employees gave horrible customer service. The pay can be decent, but people that have been working at wal-mart for years make next to nothing.

Location is Key

Pros

It's not minimum wage and a fun place to work with a diverse staff and flexible schedule. Not all Wal-Mart's are the same.

Cons

I work at the location by the Dayton Mall and honestly it is very unorganized and hard to find things because of the tremendous amount of features we have. The managers choose not to care a lot about when your hurt even with a doctors order. A lot of rules are often broken also.
