Pros

Decent pay depending on what department you work in and how much tenacity you have.

Cons

Management is uneducated and fast-tracked if they are friends with someone. They don't have developed leadership skills and set unobtainable goals for production. Breaking safety standards is encouraged to meet production percentages. They create an extremely stressful environment but don't handle conflicts when they happen and instead threaten your job if you curse when upset. The word exploitation comes to mind.
