Pros

I LOVED my job, I was in the backroom as an inventory control specialist and i was very good and quick at my job. would love to do it again, but for a different company.

Cons

The management is so horrible and negative. My specific location was probably the worst also, very discouraging and you never got the credit you deserved. You would work your butt off for a year and only get a 30 cent raise.

Pros

Able to move up quickly if you work hard. They work with your schedule

Cons

Management!! Management puts associates to work/compete against each other instead of working as a team. Communication between managers is ridiculous. Favoritism The minimum pay increase affected our yearly raise negatively.

Pros

I worked at Walmart which was located in a small town where everyone knew each other. People were friendly to me even though I was not from their town.

Cons

No full-time employees were being hired at my store. Most employees were part time. No real training on how to do your job.
