Pros

can not think of one pro of working here other than "having a job" rarely does anyone get full time so no option for benefits....

Cons

no full time/benefits - not enough training or equipment to go around, and i worked midnights, so i can only imagine how short they are during the day.

Pros

The benefits are not too bad, even part time workers can get insurance. Its a decent place to work if you just want a part time job.

Cons

The pay is low which is no surprise. There is usually more work then your crew can finish. Usually not enough workers on duty. Many of the workers are poorly trained or just plain lazy which causes the inventory numbers to get messed up constantly. They really beat you over the head with Sam Walton propaganda.

Pros

same schedule every day and every week. crew was good.

Cons

pay was low, was passed up for promotions 3 times, and each time was not passed up by someone hired in house, it was always a new hire who then I had to train them to do there job. High turnover rate, you are expendable.
