Easy to get a job and they are usually always hiring.

Cons

Quite often Walmart is understaffed and makes you do more work for the same pay. Raises are ridiculously small even if you get perfect reviews. Promotions got to the person who is liked best not always the person who can do it best. Walmart prefers to cut hours to save money instead of hire more people to assist more customers and make more sales. This seems short sighted to me.

Pros

Enjoyed working with others & job was fairly east.

Cons

They cut hours to sometimes zero per week and then forced overtime when you were scheduled to work until a certain time. They dont care if you have a full time job to get to when you are supposed to be leaving walmart and going there.
