Pros

Walmart is a very stable company and is positioned for future growth. As big as they are, there is always room for advancement and/or relocation without changing jobs.

Cons

Based on my experience with the local management team, one of Walmart's core beliefs is being comprimised: Respect for the individual. This may just be a local issue, I am not sure.
