Pros

-401k with 6% match and stock purchase options -health, dental, and vision insurance -u learn college programs, 100% tuition assistance for selected programs, includes some trades as well -Pays hourly associates more than the average retailer. Competitive pay compared to other big retailers like Target and Amazon

Cons

-Pay varies depending on position. Example: a stocker makes more than a cashier. -Its retail. Will have to tolerate rude customers -Some coworkers are not responsible, lazy, and often hostile whether that be through spreading gossip or physical threats -Experience largely dependent on manager competence. Having a good manager will impact your experience. An average one or poor one will make for a miserable experience.
