Pros

Integrity, Very Competitive, Leadership as a Corporation, Very transparent and honest. The best company in the world in my opinion. Excellent benefits and many opportunities to move up if one has the energy, drive and competence.

Cons

Level 1 management does not follow the plan, in my opinion.

Pros

Can see improvement in my particular area. We're using node more and more often. My work has been super interesting. Since it is a super large company there are a lot of places to move to if you are here long term.

Cons

I feel like my area is outside of the norm in Walmart. Other areas are still stuck supporting super old programs, or worst contractor created code. Management can still micro-manage at times. You could be stuck working late at night or supporting a project on weekend.
