Pros

My hours (time of day that is) Understanding and patient customers I was grateful to have a job during the Pandemic when so many lost theirs.

Cons

Management (and not to be really negative, but) - No training happens in store. We watch a video. And that's the extent of it. - When something is needed, it is always demanded, and in a rush. Then while in the middle of it, many times your yanked to help out in another of store (because of high turn over) , then they're frustrated original job's not done. -Double standard (when regional Mgr in store its one way, otherwise it's sometimes cut corners. -Total disrespect (certain mgrs talk down to you. Try to make you feel stupid, with the "I am better than you, I don't need to help you, talk to you, you are a subordinate, but I know it all attitude" -Could go on, but everyone hears the news how other places raising wages, incentives, etc.. while Walmart does nothing. I can be a stocker making say $14/hour, then go to a different department and go down to $11 or $12.. forget about my "exciting" 2% raise each year,.. somehow that'll get lost in the.shuffle..

Pros

The job is really too much plus lots of customers will come to you for assistance you need to have a keyvtobopen locked shelves if not find someone with key that will eat most of your time and youvwill be tired walking back n forth manyvtimes from your dept to the cashier back n forth, pkus zone thousands of items fix them all and then of course customers will spread them again and you need to fix them again and again. Very very busy too much work and very stressful, Then because youvare onky part time you cant finish the whole depts mess again and again plus the go backs which are a lot too. Worst thing ? There are a lot of go backs for each dept but the night sup eyes only on u. Why? Because somebody lazy told him lies? Why dont he start eyeing on that person who told him bec she is just listening to music in her cellph? While me the moment i clock in i start working non stop cant even take my 15 min break. And yet thst night coach will tell you didnt do your job whole thats a BIG LIE!!!! There are cameras n videos that can be proven. Walmart securities should keep that as a record in case u r beibg accused of sonething u didnt do. And thats not Right after ur hardwork ? What d heck are u talking about????

Cons

There are other nice workers, they know how this coach is. And theyvjnow how this “A” is.
