Work is done late at night, with minimal people around so it is queiter and peaceful. You get a blue shirt.

Cons

pay is low. work is done late night or early morning. not enough people to get all the work done is time.

There are many opportunities for advancement within Wal-Mart. The company currently offers great stability due to growth and price leadership.

Cons

Direction from headquarters is often confusing. When you call for help, no one seems to know how to answer questions, or who to direct you to in order to answer questions.
