So now the customer has less room to shop when the intention was to give the customer more room. A year ago they stopped playing music over the intercom, claiming customers complained about it, but than follow that up by adding advertisement screens on endcaps that play looping commercials that repeat every 60 seconds, that is significantly more annoying than any intercom music.
