Pros

10% discount on non food items

Cons

every benefit every perk isn't designed to help its employees. the managers are like vultures circling you every moment. there is a general feeling of your soul being drained away every moment you work in the building. there is no personification with the employees to walmart you are a number that can be replaced at any time which they seem happy to remind you of no matter how hard you work

Pros

they only thing that i liked about it was the bonus. but that was even shadier because you had to wait until you've worked their 9 months to get it. and what you get is around 100 extra or so.

Cons

Walmart is a company that takes advantage of the united states greed for capitalism and lobbying money. The treat employees like they are nothing. They will fire a guy thats been working there for 15 years for nothing. not even a warning.

Pros

worlds largest company. Probley won't get laid off.

Cons

understaffed, wan'ts everbody to "do more with less", new structure is a joke; department managers over many departments, understaffing leads to poor instock and poor customer service. No set schedule. No set days off. Different every week.
