Pros

Advancement and trainging. Different set of rules where ever you go. District Managers never consistant or the same. They all have their own rules.

Cons

Long hours. Treat the help one way but you are treated worse. In other words do as I say not as I do. Manager does not have to live in store.

Pros

Anyone can work there.Competition is not that steep. The management is very nice and growth opportunities are plentiful. It's awesome. I loved it.

Cons

The pay is very low, managers aren't respected. Holiday pay is absent. There is no team collaboration amongst any of the workers there. Run!
