Pros

The ability to work with all facets or personalities. To be able to problem solve on a daily basis, sometimes on a minutes basis.

Cons

Dealing with upset customers and trying not to take it personal. There is a point in when the customer is complaining about a product where they can cross a line and come at you personally. Management is very poor on a one on one basis. They don't always take the time to see what is done to keep the front end going day to day. You have to find ways to get management to hear the good things about you rather than the bad.
