Pros

well i like the 10% discount in my shoppings, its close to my house, and since there's not enough help ever i'm learning more to multitask and to handle insurances and costumers

Cons

theres not enough personal, sometimes we're only 2 persons (the pharmacist and 1 tec)and as a tec i have to drop, input, fill and get the register at pick up station....besides if the pharmacist it's new or doesn't speak spanish i have to help and translade

Pros

Good pay, easy to get days off, breaks every two hours, discount is usefull, allot of leadership information if you take the time to find it

Cons

Managment is given no training as to the direct operation of the store so you are on your own as an hourly "leader." Promotions are given based on the "good ol boy" policy under tones of racism and homophobia. Plan on being a leader without the ability to tell your people what to do without being questioned every step of the way.

Pros

Great managment, pay, bennifets, the people are there to work. You get a great deal of respect for the job always.

Cons

The hours there are not the greatist but you can get any day you ask off for. The work load can be a bit crazy sometimes but it ceep you busy.
