Pros

Health benefits. It's good to have paid vacation, but you have to work there for at least a year. Your able to get promoted fast if you like to put yourself in management's position.

Cons

bad scheduling system, pay is not that great if your an hourly associate, management does not like work about your schedule.

Good pay for compared to other retail, flexible schedule, fun environment, meet many interesting people, good benefits, and never a dull day.

Management is always more concerned with the customers happiness then your self dignity, many disrespectful customers, management does not encourage any level of higher education or training beyond a GED

Better pay than the local grocery store, nice people to work with, worked around my school hours, Ten percent discount on almost everything.

Cons

Late hours, worked in the deli which wasn't for me, somewhat gross working conditions, customers can be rude, had to wear a hairnet.
