Pros

Pretty good pay 3 days on 3 days off gives you more time for family or school.

Cons

3 days on 3 days off for day shift managers. 4 days on 4 days off for night shift managers. They should let night shift work same 3 days on 3 days off as day shift. No compensation for working overnight. The store I used to work had too much politics. I constantly had to go overnight compared to some other assistant managers get to stay in days forever!
