Pros

Discount applied to shopping except groceries, ability to transfer as needed, ability to change job positions , and chance to do volunteer work.

Cons

Black Friday is really the main reason it's a disadvantage. Everyone comes to the store looking for the best deals. Also sometimes co-workers will call out and make your shift's workload that much harder.

Pros

Great Job Avalibility, Oppurtunities to move up in company when taking care of business. You don't have to slave, but be flexible and take care of everything you are supposed to do.

Cons

Hours are varied. Depending on demand your hours will shift. Holidays will be busy and you will be given more hours than regular times.
