Pros

I like my actual work. I enjoy merchandising products and feel I have accomplished something when a display looks good and sells well.

Cons

I feel there is too much drama from other associates. There is too much work expected on a daily basis. I end up with bruises all over me from trying to get so much done. I am expected to lift heavy ladders and carry heavy boxes up them regularly.
