Pros

Honestly, a few years ago I would have a list of reasons, today I can not think of any. Advancement opportunities have just about disappeared and with assistant manager positions on the way out, those few opportunities are quickly dwindling.

Cons

At first it was a very family oriented, not so much anymore. Their was a greater emphasis on and more value placed on associate contributions in the past, where as today, the focus is on sales and productivity. Get the job done or else...

Pros

The discount that you get after being there for 90 days.

Cons

The customers. While at most stores, the customers are okay, everyone hates walmart even when they shop there. All I ever hear is how much people hate the store, hate shopping there, hate spending money, etc.
