Pros

Pretty good pay if you have little bills to pay and don’t have to pay rent. You can get up to 40 hours a week, and there are some nice benefits for retirement

Cons

Pay can be deceiving, as many others in the same store may get paid more for less work. Hard work usually isn’t seen and appreciated which encourages employees to try less and take more time doing tasks. Little raise chances, and new store lead apparently won’t promote amazing employees

Pros

If have a good team and depending on shift its manageable to finish breaking down pallets and stocking floor along with capping bins in backroom.

Cons

As I've experienced in 5 years walmart don't care bout associates (see called associates not our names). Most of associates want weekends or Fri sat n sun mon as days off .. so the ones working them days usually short handed and still expected to do everything a team does but by self or 2 people.
