Pros

People were good to me. Helped me get my confidence up. Was able to pay off some of my student loans and save a bit of money.

Cons

The training is sub par at my store. Feels like management just want to please the person above them at all times. There were times that I had racked up over 100 hours of PTO and PPTO combined (vacation and sick time respectfully.) and it was hard to ask for time off or I would get rejected for vacation, reasoning being "No coverage" . ( I generally asked about 3-6 months in advance. )
