Pros
I worked at the company for about five years, and it was an amazing experience. I always felt supported by my colleagues, which made me excited to go to work each day. The company is very flexible, whether you have a part-time job, a summer internship, or need time off for vacation. Additionally, if you start in one area, like front-end development, and are interested in exploring other departments, they will assist you in transitioning to see if you enjoy it. The managers genuinely value your thoughts and opinions. There are also many opportunities for growth within the company, especially for full-time employees. Overall, I am very grateful for the community I was a part of during my time there.
Cons
During my time there, I noticed a recurring issue with managers showing favoritism. It became quite evident over time. For example, when two employees called in sick, one received a written warning, while the other faced no consequences. It seems that how you are treated often depends on your relationships with your coworkers.
