      Very cliquey environment due to long standing employees. Clear favouritism in teams Lack of recognition despite performing well. Lack of diversity in thinking - which leads to lack of autonomy and micromanagement. Unclear objectives.

      Dynamic & challenging place to work

      Pros

      Its incredibly fast-paced, so every day is different and there's never a dull moment The team is extremely welcoming and kind; there's a good buzz around the office and everyone seems to genuinely like each other The product is insanely good so its an easy sell to potential clients and customers The company continues to innovate and challenge itself Its incredibly nice to work for a company that's genuinely bringing good into the world.

      Cons

      Salary isn't in line with the market. Stock options are great if you're in it for the long term, but you ultimately have to accept that you won't earn as much here as you could at another firm. Potentially worth it to be part of the growth and mission but that might get boring after a while Don't work here unless you're willing to challenge yourself and to face new changes every day. Its fast-paced and dynamic people find that fun, whereas people who want to coast will fall by the wayside pretty quick. That said, work hours are generally very good - its just that within those work hours are packed a lot of different types of work
