You can speak with your HRBP, your direct manager or, for a serious violation (e.g. denial of sick pay), you can report via our anonymous "Speak Up" platform.

Great leadership. Its culture provides a lot of freedom to do your job when it best suits you as long as you deliver.

Cons

Limited financial upside. If you are an ambitious person, probably not the first place I would suggest.

In terms of financial gains and incentives, Gympass employees are eligible annually for potential merit increases in their base salary, as well as for potential stock refresh grants where applicable. These opportunities are tied to our annual performance cycle, to ensure Gympassers are rewarded for strong performance.

Our monthly all-hands meetings are such an important tool to keep Gympassers informed, focused, and motivated.
