Pros

Stable, Steady work flow. I have worked here almost 9 years!!! Many jobs with the company but 90% were peon jobs.

Cons

Negativity is contagious on the floor. Under appreciated and undercompensated for work well done. Not ANY flexibility to work from home- only offered to team members who hit top tier in all metrics &&&& it's not really work from home!! ITS WORK ANY OT FROM HOME. Seriously?!!

Pros

The ability to learn how to process mortgage docs post closing. Being able to work on learning standard and production goals while reviewing files.

Cons

Managers, and work directors who only hire east , and west Africans. Individuals with other ethnic backgrounds are discriminating against when trying to apply there.

Pros

Benefits are excellent, PTO is good from the beginning. Environment is friendly

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees. Underwriting and Closing is in Minneapolis, makes it hard to close a loan and meet goals. They don't pay well considering the industry. No chance to move up in the company.
