Pros

Lifestyle hours; this is not a company where many people at HQ work after 5pm.

Cons

Senior management (i.e., the CEO and CFO) are "tone deaf at the top." They've blamed the ranks explicitly (on CNBC) and implicitly (issuing a code of conduct to the ranks) when the malfeasance can be traced to the executive suite and perpetrators are moved rather than fired. The bank is contracting in business and employees; a terrible time for all. Mediocrity reins in the ranks as loyalty is valued over performance. That makes this a frustrating company for high performers.

Pros

Benefits, Holidays off, PTO and that's it

Cons

Executive team only cares about themselves. Will cut anyone anytime to save a buck to increase the stock price and their pay. Everyone feels like it could be their time every day. They also aren't big fans of hiring from within the company across departments, and if it is your department they probably have someone picked so you're out and won't even get an interview. That's if they even list the job when it opens. They'll probably just add it to someone's plate and not pay them more. Seen it happen too many times.
