Pros

Large bank with various postions to move either lateral or vertical within. For instance if you start off as a personal banker, you have the opportunity to move into mortgages or business banking.

Cons

The hours can be demanding and not accomidating to a personal life.

Pros

Easy to get in as a Teller and at lest move up as a banker. If you get into a good branch with good coworkers things will be fine. If its a slow branch your screwed! Your able to take PTO when you like with out having to pull hairs. Good experience and good stuff for your resume.

Cons

Sales are a little tuff unless you have some tricks up your sleeve. Once you hit your goals ask to be promoted! Ive seen people work there for 5-10-15 yrs and just up and quit! Don't feel like anyone cares about you unless your helping them get their bonus. I call it treading water till your fired!
