Pros

Wells Fargo is structured as approximately 90 separate business lines. I have had contact with many of these organizations. Management is competent and focused on taking prudent risk and pricing risk appropriately. Strong organization, opportunities to advance for those that seek advancement. Nationwide footprint.

Cons

Integration of Wachovia will require dual systems for some time. The lack of a common computer platform requires knowledge of multiple credit systems. Travel required roughly 45% of the time.

Pros

Really good benefits. Decent pay. Pretty high for someone with no banking expierence whatsoever. Decent hours.

Cons

Super stressed about sales. Also training was very concentrated on customer service, not product. So now I'm sitting there trying to help people open accounts and products that I don't know that much more about than they do.

Pros

You get some pretty good benefits that you will rarely use. The doctors, dentist, and eye doctors. Never used them ever tho.

Cons

no one will appreciate you. They threaten your job every single day. They lie to you about being promoted. They squeeze the most sales out of you as possible then replace you. Its pretty funny.
