Pros

Good benefits. Great team players among co-workers.

Cons

We are super micromanaged. Tough sales enviroment, in a tough economy. No respect for employees from middle management and above. We are treated like infants. Not enough quality time with customers, too worried about quanity. High stress. Not enough recognition. Treat Legacy Wachovia employees as if we were inferior. Overworked and under paid employees.

Pros

There were always opportunities for growth within the retail banking. A person can move up within the company at a quick pace if motivated to.

Cons

Downside is how the pay isn't competitive for current Wells Fargo employees who get promoted. People who are hired into company may get more than those who worked and earned it.

Pros

Very attainable goals. Great people to work with. They are very positive and give recognition when deserved. Great Vcp (commission). You will learn to sell! If you don't mind cold calling this is the job for you! Strong Company.

Cons

Growth within the company is possible but there are few manager positions available so you may need to move in order to advance in your career depending on your location
