Pros

The best place about working at Wells Fargo was the people you worked with. For the most part they were all nice, fun, outgoing, and supportive

Cons

1. Recycled leads. People would get called at home and work up to ten times a week with employees trying to sell things. You could expect to get screamed at at least twice a day and rightfully so. 2. Revolving door. After a year of working there I was the second most senior worker in the office. People get hired an fired like crazy. 3. Micromanaging. You can expect to have your manager looking over your shoulder the entire day. 4. Bonus structure is terrible. I led my office in sales one month and received a check for $25.00. You cannot make money there

Pros

Wells is very family friendly. Excellent benefits package, ample time off. Monthly bonus for keeping within deadlines

Cons

Wells does not believe in promotion or rewards for hard work. Promotions are applied for and generally go to the same few people. Excellent workers can go for years without anything more than the standard 20-40 cent yearly pay increases if they do not apply for and get hired in a new position.

Pros

- GREAT benefits - Opportunities for growth across company, if you excel - Strong bank, even in today's economy - Generous paid time off (20 days/year, can rollover days)

Cons

- Intense sales focus each day creates tension and stress for team members - "Grunt" workers must excel at sales and have good luck with random customer service surveys in order to advance--sales are valued above all else for promotion at banking branch level - Micromanagement
