Pros

name recognition used to be on top of its game if you suck up to the right people you can move ahead

Cons

too competitive in a negative way-floor is inundated with personal so cut throat mentality is enforced. Doing the right thing for the customer is not the issue, begging for sales is all that is required to make it to the top. To get ahead you have to do shady things to get noticed and then you move up to management without knowing what you are doing and train others to be slimey. doesnt recognize good talent. Going in a bad direction especially in these times. Goals are unatainable for the most part unless you are willing to do the wrong thing for the customer. Loans and lines nearly impossible to get however goals remain the same. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE for a friendly environement--this isn't the place.

Pros

The training is good and your supervisor is always there to answer questions the hrs are good and the pay is not bad for the type of work. The benefits are good if you use them.

Cons

The sales can be a challenge being new to the company and with the economy being the way it is. it's heard to sell new accounts to people that are scared to move there money. But Cds are easy to sell with the stock market in the tank.
